Letter for complain.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the service. I went to your hotel last week with my family.
Firstly, when we arrived I noticed that the room was dirty, the AC was too hot and the lamp was broken.
When I called reception to complain, I was told the problem ans I want to send someone to see the problem.We waiting to him but nobody came for us.
My brother called again but nobody answered the phone.
Eventually, my brother ans my father had to go down to reception and they ask about our room.
I would and I hope to correcting the errors in your hotel for gain customers.
